In her new book, Yes You Can Do This! How Women Start Up, Scale Up and Build the Life They Want (Wiley 2020), Reuter has created a manifesto encouraging women (and men) to consider entrepreneurship as a path forward, and included a practical how-to-guide to get started.  As the Podcast creator and host of The 43 Percent, which has featured acclaimed guests including Dr. Pamela Stone, Nataly Kogan, Laura Vanderkam, and Lisa Oz, Reuter is committed to sharing more stories of what success can look like for women in business as they work to balance family and career.

Recognized by the Boston Business Journal as a 2016 Women to Watch in Science and Technology, and as a Changemaker by HUBWeek, Reuter is an experienced entrepreneur and executive. 

She is currently the Director of the Roberts Innovation Fund, Yale Ventures, at Yale University.  She previously served as a GM with Techstars, an organization focused on investing in and helping to accelerate startups, and made 20 investments there as a Managing Director.  Prior to joining Techstars, she served as the SVP of Digital Services & Labs for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and was the co-founder and CEO of SchoolChapters, Inc.

She also served on the Board of Directors at Lessonly, until its successful exit in 2021, and is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Innovation Leader.
